Tension Reduction Singing Bowl Meditation (TRSM) is an 8-week self-guided singing bowl meditation program for tension reduction. It’s estimated that 73% of modern people suffer from insomnia. TRSM aims to resolve tension in the body through meditation techniques while gradually identifying the source of tension. Use the vibration of the Singing Ball and relaxation meditation to release tension in your body and mind.

You will learn to observe the subtle tensions that exist in your body by focusing on them step by step.

Letting go of all judgment of likes and dislikes, and just being in the presence of whatever happens through zero state of complete allowance.
CHAPTER 5 Go with the flow Follow
Practice letting go and going with the flow of the sound.
CHAPTER 6 Memory of Body 1 Memory of Body 1
Learn about negative, unconscious emotions that are imprinted on your body.
CHAPTER 7 Memory of Body 2 Memory of Body 2
Experience and look at the positive unconscious level emotions that are imprinted on your body, and revisit the relationships you are clinging to.

Learn to live an unbiased life, free from tension.
